High Temperature Gate Valve

High temperature gate valves, also known as power plant valves, are primarily used in the piping systems of various systems in thermal power plants to shut off or connect the pipeline medium. Applicable medium: non-corrosive medium such as water and steam.
The zero-friction drive principle of the high-temperature gate valve overcomes the inherent limitations of traditional valves, namely, the gradual reduction of seal integrity due to surface wear during operation. The high temperature gate valve features a top-inlet design, allowing for direct online maintenance while the pipeline remains pressurized, significantly reducing equipment downtime and operating costs without system depressurization.
The integrated seat structure prevents trapped media from creating dangerous overpressure conditions, eliminating the potential risk of pressure buildup in the chamber and avoiding violations of safety regulations.
The integrated low-torque drive system, with its carefully designed stem geometry, requires minimal manual operation—even under high pressure differentials, it can typically be easily operated via a compact handwheel.
Sealing reliability stems from a mechanically driven wedge mechanism that calculates the stem thrust to forcefully engage the valve disc with the seat. This reliable mechanical engagement ensures airtight closure, unaffected by pipeline pressure fluctuations, guaranteeing consistent performance across various operating ranges. Simultaneously, the pipeline fluid generates a uniform 360° boundary layer flow across the entire circumference of the seat, mitigating erosion hotspots caused by turbulent impacts and actively flushing particulate deposits from critical sealing areas.
