As the professional manufacturer, JQF Valve would like to provide you high quality swing check valves, which are commonly used as foot valves in pumping systems to prevent backflow. When combined with a gate valve, they can provide safety isolation, but their disadvantages include high resistance and poor sealing when closed. From raw material procurement to production, processing, quality inspection, and packaging, everything undergoes strict control and supervision to ensure product reliability and consistency. Furthermore, our team possesses extensive industry experience and expertise, keeping abreast of market trends and customer needs, continuously innovating and developing products to meet the diverse requirements of our clients.
JQF Valve factory's durable swing check valves' core feature is that the valve disc rotates around a pin outside the valve body cavity, just like a hinged door, thereby achieving unidirectional flow of the medium.
Customized swing check valves have a disc-shaped valve disc that rotates around the axis of the valve seat passage. Due to the streamlined internal passage, the flow resistance is lower than that of lift check valves, making them suitable for low flow velocities and large-diameter applications with infrequent flow changes. However, they are not suitable for pulsating flow, and their sealing performance is inferior to lift check valves. Swing check valves are available in single-disc, double-disc, and multi-disc types, primarily categorized by valve diameter. Their purpose is to reduce hydraulic impact when the medium stops flowing or flows back.
