Installation and Maintenance Precautions:
1. When installing, apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the external threads of the pipe, and tighten the valve using a wrench on the designated hexagonal section. Never use the valve handle as a leverage point for tightening, as this may cause deformation.
2. Threaded ball valves can generally be installed in any position on the pipeline, but vertical installation with the actuator facing upwards is recommended for optimal performance and longevity.
3. Before installation, ensure the pipeline threads are clean and free of burrs or debris to prevent damage to the valve's internal sealing surfaces during assembly.
