Installation and Maintenance Precautions:
1. Ball valves can generally be installed in any position on the pipeline, but vertical installation with the actuator facing upwards is recommended for optimal performance.
2. Handwheels, handles, and pneumatic/electric actuators are strictly prohibited from being used as lifting points for the valve or pipeline.
3. Before installation, ensure the pipeline is clean and free of debris to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces during the 90° rotation.
