1. Compact Axial Design: The wafer type check valve body thickness of the wafer-type check valve is 40%-50% of that of traditional flange-type valves, meeting ASME B16.10 space constraints and suitable for demanding piping installation conditions.

Dual Locking Mechanism: Low flow resistance opening when the medium pressure difference is ≥0.02 MPa in forward flow conditions; initial sealing in reverse flow conditions relies on the valve disc's own weight/spring preload, increasing the sealing surface specific pressure by 2.8 times under back pressure drive.
3. Extreme Environment Resistance: Withstands high temperature shocks, water hammer pressure, and 10⁶cycles of alternating loads.
4. Zero-Maintenance Sealing System: Enhanced PTFE sealing pairs achieve a wear rate ≤0.001 mm/thousand openings and closings; the pivot structure eliminates wear and extends service life.
